Tonya Rivera, a GTE Financial member since 1990, joined the Supervisory Committee in 2016. With a B.S. in Business Administration from USF and a 1-20 Resident Surplus License, she excels as the Vice President of Sales for Johnson & Johnson in Florida. Tonya also sits of the USF RMI Advisory Team and is the Treasurer for the Florida Surplus Lines Association
