Jimmy DuBose, former Tampa Bay Buccaneer and University of Florida standout has been with GTE Financial since 1983. He was employed by GTE Communications Co., which is now Frontier Communications Co., and he worked 13 ½ years as a customer service supervisor. While employed by GTE Communications Co., he served on GTE Financials’ supervisory committee for seven years before being elected to the Board Directors for the credit union in 1990. After 13 ½ years with GTE Communications Co., he began his career in education where he was employed for 20 years and received his Master’s Degree in Education Leadership from Saint Leo University. He retired as an Assistant Principal at Wiregrass High School in Pasco County in May 2018.
Jimmy enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events, and traveling.
